Our 2011 Show – Thursday 31 March to Saturday 2 April

2011 will see the 90th anniversary of the formation of our society in 1921 - see our History page for more details.

To celebrate this major event in Dunmow's amateur musical theatre history, we have been granted a licence to perform the musical The Likes of Us – the first ever collaboration in 1965 between Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, the most celebrated composer / lyricist duo to grace the world of theatre since Rogers & Hammerstein II.

Even more unique is the fact that this is the first time that an Andrew Lloyd Webber Musical has ever been released for amateur theatre production in advance of its debut in London's West End Theatreland or on Broadway in America, and we are bringing the show to Dunmow!
